About Tricia Wolfe
Tricia brings twenty years of experience in fortune 100 and 500 companies, small businesses and non-profit agencies where she assessed and coached executives, front line leaders and high potential leaders from multiple countries and backgrounds. She has led international initiatives to increase leaders’ talent stewardship behaviors, as well as, leading the HR function to be a more strategic partner to the business.
Tricia is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Designed Learning Flawless Consulting and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. She is certified in the use of multiple assessment tools including Personnel Decisions International (PDI) 360.
Tricia is a graduate of Clemson University and the University of Georgia. She holds a Masters of Human Resources Development (MHRD) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology.
